🖤 Pre-Order Questions
When will my pre-order ship?
All Black Friday pre-orders are scheduled to ship between February 1 and February 28, 2026. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
What styles are available for pre-order?
This Black Friday drop includes our signature styles in black only:
- Long-Sleeved Jogger Set
- Cross Zipper Set
- Middle Zipper Set
- Jumper
- Contour Jacket ($65 Black Friday price)
Can I change my order after purchasing?
Changes (size, style, or embroidery details) can be made within the first 24 hours. After that, production begins and changes can no longer be made.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes — cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, all pre-orders are final.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on pre-orders?
No. Because pre-orders are produced specifically for each customer and often include custom embroidery, all sales are final.
✨ Product & Sizing
How do your scrubs fit?
Our scrubs are designed with a contour, body-flattering fit, but they also run one full size big.
For the best fit, we strongly recommend sizing down one size.
Example:
If you normally wear a Medium, we recommend ordering a Small with Scrub Up.
Do you offer tall inseams?
Yes — our tall option features a 34-inch inseam.
Can I mix top and bottom sizes?
No. Scrub Up sets are sold as a one-size set, meaning the top and bottom must be the same size.
What fabric do you use?
We use a premium stretch performance fabric — soft, breathable, flexible, and made for long work days.
🧵 Embroidery & Customization
Do you offer custom embroidery?
Yes! You can personalize your set with your:
- Name
- Business name
- Title
- CEO embroidery
- Custom logo
Where is the embroidery placed?
Standard placement is the left chest, if it’s out cross zipper set it will be placed on the left side.
Can I upload my own logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG, or SVG file at checkout or email it to scrubupuniformsco@gmail.com with your order number.
Are embroidered items returnable?
No. Embroidered items are final sale due to customization.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Once your pre-order is fulfilled and shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please allow 24–48 hours after the delivery scan, then check with neighbors, the leasing office, or mailroom.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact USPS first, then reach out to us so we can assist.
