Embroidery and Logo Upload Instructions
Customize Your Scrub Up Set With Personalized Embroidery
We offer custom embroidery on all Scrub Up sets so you can represent your business, brand, or title with pride.
Please follow the instructions below to make sure your embroidery is added correctly.
What You Can Customize
You can add:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your job title (CEO, Owner, Esthetician, RN, etc.)
- A custom logo (must meet our embroidery requirements below)
VERY IMPORTANT: Logo Requirements (Read Before Uploading)
To ensure high-quality embroidery, logos must follow these guidelines:
Your logo MUST be bold, clean, and simple.
No portrait-style designs.
No tiny details, eyelashes, tiny outlines, or intricate shading.
No tiny text or very thin lines.
No high-detail character artwork.
Why?
Embroidery uses thread, not ink. Small details get lost, turn into blobs, or cannot be stitched cleanly.
Your logo needs to be stylized like embroidery-friendly artwork:
Bold shapes
Clear lines
Simple icons
No complex illustration
If your logo is too detailed, we may contact you for a simplified version.
Embroidery Placement Options
Standard placement:
- Left chest area (most common)
- if you order the cross zipper style, the logo will be placed on the right chest
How to Upload Your Logo
Option 1: Upload at Checkout
Add your scrub set to cart
- Scroll to the File Upload section
- Upload your PNG, JPEG, or SVG
- Add embroidery notes in the Order Notes box
Option 2: Email Your Logo
If you prefer to email your logo, send it to:
scrubupuniformsco@gmail.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- Your placement request
Embroidery Size
- Name/title embroidery: 3.5–4 inches wide
- Logos: 3.5–4.5 inches wide depending on design
- Sleeve embroidery: smaller and minimal
All embroidery is sized to look balanced and professional.
File Formats We Accept
- PNG (recommended)
- JPEG
- SVG (best quality)
If the file is low quality or too detailed, we will reach out.
Important Notes
- All embroidered items are final sale
- Double-check spelling for names and titles
- No order changes allowed after 24 hours
- Detailed portrait-style logos will be rejected
