Pre-Order Policies (Please Read Before Ordering)

Because all pre-order items are made to order:

All sales are final.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges after 24 hours.

Embroidered items are final sale.

Customized items cannot be returned for any reason.

Changes to your order must be made within 24 hours.

After this window, your order immediately enters production.

A pre-order means your set is made specifically for you.

Production begins immediately after purchase, which allows us to offer custom embroidery and maintain our low MOQ with our manufacturer.

Pre-order terms:

  • Production does not start until the pre-order window closes
  • Embroidery is added after production
  • You will receive regular updates via email

 Sizing Information

Our scrubs run one full size big, so we recommend sizing down for the best fit.

Example:

If you normally wear a Medium, order a Small.


Sets are sold as one-size sets, meaning:

  • Top and bottom must be the same size
  • Sizes cannot be mixed

Embroidery & Customization

We offer:

  • Name embroidery
  • Business name
  • Title (CEO, RN, Esthetician, Lash Tech, etc.)
  • Custom logo embroidery (must meet requirements)

Logo Requirements (Very Important)

We cannot embroider:

  • Portraits
  • Highly detailed illustrations
  • Tiny details, shading, or thin lines
  • Small text
  • Complex, multi-layered artwork

Logos must be:

Bold

Simple

Clear

Thick-lined

Embroidery-friendly 


Upload your logo at checkout or email it with your order number.

Shipping After Production

Once your set is made and embroidered:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • Packages ship USPS
  • Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days

If you move before your items ship, please email us ASAP to update your address.
